1. Definitions

Mevenimente (hereinafter referred to as "the Service", "the Platform", or "we") is a SaaS management platform for event venues, operated by IT CORNER HUB PLUS SRL.

User means any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Service.

Account means the account created by the User to access the Platform's features.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Mevenimente Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Service description

Mevenimente provides a management platform for event venues, which includes:

Booking and event management
Smart calendar for planning
Client and communication management
Payment and contract management
Reports and analytics
Other features according to the subscription plan

4. Registration and account

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update it to keep it correct.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Mevenimente offers paid subscriptions on a per-location basis. Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed with prior notice.

Payments are made in advance for the selected subscription period (monthly or annual). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period unless cancelled.

6. Trial period

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, you have access to all platform features. At the end of the trial period, the account will be suspended if you do not choose a subscription plan.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused partial periods.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for:

Illegal or fraudulent activities
Infringement of intellectual property rights
Transmission of harmful content or malware
Interference with the operation of the Service
Unauthorized collection of other users' data

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to IT CORNER HUB PLUS SRL or its licensors.

10. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Applicable law
